Halloween / Wear Blue and White 🐾

Posted Date: 10/27/25 (10:54 AM)

As Halloween approaches, we know many of our students are excited to celebrate the day with friends and classmates. While we always encourage school spirit and fun, it’s important that our celebration remains respectful, safe, and conducive to learning. This year, we willĀ allow students to wear school-appropriate costumes on Friday, October 31, following these simple guidelines:
šŸŽƒ Costume Guidelines

  • Costumes must meet our school dress code.
  • No masks, full-face paint, or items that obscure a student’s identity.
  • No weapons or look-alike weapons (including toy swords, guns, etc.).
  • Costumes may not include any content that could be considered offensive, culturally insensitive, or inappropriate for school.
  • Students must be able to fully participate in all classes and activities.
Students choosing not to dress up are encouraged to show school spirit by wearing Panther colors – blue and white!
If a costume is deemed inappropriate, students may be asked to change or remove parts of it. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can enjoy the day in a way that reflects our values of respect, safety, and inclusion.
Thank you for your continued support in helping make Newfane High School a positive and welcoming place for all students.
Have a safe and happy Halloween!
