Dear Parents & Guardians,

We are excited to let you know that beginning this year, we’ll be using ParentSquare to communicate with school and with teachers, teams, and groups. 

ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect. With ParentSquare you’ll be able to:

• Receive all district, school and classroom communication via email, text, or app
• Share pictures and files
• View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events
• Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items
• Schedule parent conferences
• Securely receive report cards and other important student documents
• Complete forms securely and electronically
• and much more... all in one centralized place!

District, school, grade level, classroom, sports teams, and club information will now be sent to your computer or phone via email or text. For even more convenience, download the ParentSquare app (available for free on iOS and Android devices).

Your Invitation is Coming Soon

On Monday, 8/26 after 10:00 AM, you will receive an invitation email or text to join ParentSquare. It is safe to click the link in your invitation to activate your account. It takes less than a minute. If you want to get started before that date, please visit ParentSquare and enter your email address or phone number in the registration box.

If the email/phone matches the information in ParentSquare (the info you provided to the school that is in eSchool), you'll receive an account activation email/text to register.

You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can download the free mobile app for iOS or Android or use the desktop version.

Our goal is for every family to join ParentSquare and engage with our school community.

The ParentSquare app is available in both iOS or Android stores. Downloading the mobile app is the easiest way to receive all Posts, Events, Sign Up Requests, Photos and Files.

Activate Your Account

Your child(ren)'s school has your email and/or phone number in their records and they will initiate the setup process with you. They will send you an invitation email and/or text with a link to activate your ParentSquare account.

1. From your email, click the button, Activate your account.

3. Register by entering your Email or Phone Number, then click Get Started. 

Interested parents can participate in an online training session about the various features of ParentSquare.  Participants can learn at your own rate and it is free.  It is not required.  If you would like to attend, follow the training session link.  The whole process takes approximately 20 minutes and shows viewers how to register for an account and provides a preview of ParentSquare.
